Role Playing
In the role playing exercise, the participant is expected to perform a meeting and conversation with the consultant in line with the content of the role and exercise involved in the job position and to find a solution and achieve a result of the case. In the meeting, it is expected from participant that she/he has to offer a solution to the case, to analyze the root causes of the problem by evaluating the participant’s attitude towards solving the given problem, communication style, and action plans in a mutual dialogue environment.
Case Analysis
Participants are expected to review the information given in a company simulation related with the areas of applied position’ responsibility, and they are expected to create a business plan to solve problems and to develop a business development plan. The participant analyzes the information given in approximately 45-60 minutes and prepares a presentation on solutions to include the messages she/he wants to give.
Presentation
The participant is expected to make a 10-15-minute presentation about a case analysis and she/he is expected to convince the audience about her/his plans, recommendations on the case.
Online Occupational Competency Inventory
Professional competence inventory enables individual to evaluate ownself in business life in terms of behaviour, thinking style, and motivation and, the individual’s self-assessment report is obtained on the basis of competencies via online assessment system.
Verbal Ability Inventory
Verbal ability test requires answering multiple choice questions that are included in the verbal ability inventory to assess a person’s verbal thinking and reasoning skills.
Sales Competency Inventory
Group Discussion
In a group study exercise, participants are expected to work together to resolve a problem or to make a decision on a situation, negotiate and reach a conclusion at the end of a certain period of time. At the end of the group work, participants are asked to briefly present their solutions and decisions.
Inbox - Intray Exercise
The inbox exercise is a business simulation exercise for scheduling, deciding, and delegating tasks to a team in a real business day with different importance and priorities. The exercise includes company e-mails, reports that need to be prepared, meetings and different tasks to be decided. The participant is expected to make decisions about the planning, give importance and prioritize jobs within a limited period of time, to share tasks within a team, and to consult with her/his plan briefly with reasons.
Competency Based Interview
An average of 30-45 minutes of interviews are conducted between the consultant and the participant with regard to their experiences and perspectives on determined competencies during the behavior-competence-based interviews using STAR methodology.
Numerical Ability Inventory
Numerical skills test requires answering multiple choice questions in numerical skill inventory to assess the person’s numerical thinking and reasoning skills.
Management Competency Inventory
Managerial competency test is an online self-assessment tool that reports managerial competencies of executive candidates with 4 main competence and sub-competency dimensions.
Creative Thinking Inventory
Creative thinking test is the self-assessment tool that evaluates the person’s creative thinking skills under 3 main dimensions in the face of different situations given in the inventory.
