We perform paper-pen survey by distributing printed material research questionnaires to participants who do not access computer. 

What is employee satisfaction survey?

Employee satisfaction survey is a systematic and customer specific research to get the feedback from emloyees about the culture and process of an organization to determine the satisfaction, engagement, motivation and expectations of employees with regard to the company’s working environment, business processes and management functions.

Aim of Survey

The main objective of the survey is to get feedback about corporate performance by evaluating the organization from employees ‘ perspectives and to plan specific actions related to development areas by getting feedback about expectations of employees.

Survey Result and Reporting

As a result of the survey, the strengths of all departments and functions of the organization and the measurable data on the areas of development are obtained.

Why Employee Satisfaction Survey?

Based on survey results, it is possible to improve the quality of management, create effective development plans for employees, and determine the areas of improvement related to work environment and business processes.

Project Stages

Determining Analysis Criteria and Improving Questionnarie Form

  • In the first stages of employee commitment and satisfaction researches, the targeted question types are developed to measure the employees ‘ commitment, satisfaction and willingness.
  • The evaluation criterias for the processes of the organization which aim at evaluating and receiving feedback from employees are determined at this stage. To measure these evaluation criterias, the questionnaire is developed by creating question types.
  • The questionnaire is included with the evaluation scale and the questionnaire is submitted to the “Human Resources” department.
  • Question types: Open-ended questions, closed-ended questions, demographic questions

  • Online survey links and paper pen questionnaire forms are forwarded to participants in accordance with the participant information.
  • In the field application stage, reminder e-mails are forwarded to the participants during the survey period.
  • Instant participation rates are monitored through the online system at this stage.
  • The paper-pen application is carried out within the company with the observation and control of the Risus International consultant, due to the confidentiality of the information.
  • Analysis and Reporting

  • The data received from the online system and the paper pen are checked, and the common data base is generated.
  • The data obtained is reported on the basis of general satisfaction, commitment, willingness, process criterias.
  • Reports are prepared as graphical representations, strengths and primary development areas, including comparative data analyses in line with the company, process, section, and demographic criterias.
